User can register with Ekhojvalue by clicking Signup and filling the Registration form and submitting all supported documents. The user after submitting registration form can select membership plans as per his requirements. Membership plans types are Regular and Exclusive Membership. User can go through the details of Membership plans by clicking Membership plans on the website. Registration process is completed once User has paid the membership fees as per the membership plans and User registration is verified by Ekhojvalue.

Once registered, you may be asked to provide us with additional documentation if further verification is sought or required. Email or Mobile details of each user are visible to other users in the platform for easier communication between users. A user has an option to select only Email as a mode of Communication to hide his mobile number from other users.

Verified users can view their Accounts and select the membership type as per their requirements.

Yes, you can Upgrade or Modify or Renew your Membership Type by clicking Membership Plans in User Profile in My Account.

Kindly note the Membership fees for Regular Membership is non Refundable.

The B2B online software platform offers solutions like Listing and Private Auction to registered users for Buying/Selling, Marketing and Advertising their Products or Services.

Listing types are Auction Listing,Fixed Price Listing and Simple Listing.

Simple listing is informing or Advertising Products or Services of your organisation. Interested Users can express their interest by clicking your Organisation Brochure or catalogue and contact you directly.

Fixed price listing is Buying or Selling of Products or Services at a Fixed Price. The Price is Fixed by the user and prospective Buyers/Sellers can place bid for Products or Services.

Auction Price Listing is Buying or Selling of Products or Service via Auctions. The Forward Auction is applied in case of Selling and Reverse Auction is applied in case of Buying of Products or Services.

Listing is assessable to all registered users and bidders.

In Private Auction, the registered users can create Request for Buying or Selling of Products or Services and subsequently select the Bidder for Auction participation

A registered user can create request for Buying or Selling of Products or Services in the portal by clicking “create request” tab. The request can be of type Listing or Private Auction on the basis of user’s requirement. Request of Buying or Selling of Products or Services can be created by filling out request form with all the necessary information of the Product or Services so that other Buyers/Sellers can make an informed Buying or Selling.

All Products or services except those mentioned in Listing and Private auction policy can be Listed or Private auction. Please note actual transaction is not taking in this portal or software platform. The portal or software platform is only for connecting Buyers and Sellers for Buying or Selling of Product or Services at best price.

Registered User can modify the request by searching their request in My Request and modify it as per their requirement. The request can be modified only before approval of admin.

Products or Services can be searched in the Dashboard by typing keyword. The search results will display that keyword in Description.

You can search for new Buyers/Sellers in the Dashboard by typing your keyword or Products or Services. The search results will display that keyword in Description and the details of Buyers or Sellers who deals in the Products or Services.

A lot is a Product or Service which can be single or clubbed depending upon the user’s requirements for Buying or Selling.

Private Auction

The user or bidder will click ”I am interested” against a request id for Buying or Selling of Products or Services. The user who has created the request id will approve the bidder. The bidder will arrange EMD as per Auction Catalogue available in the request id and place bids in the Auction. The Bids for Products or Services are placed at maximum price for Selling or minimum price for Buying by Bidders in case of Auctions. The Bid price is increased in case of Forward Auction (Selling) or decreased in case of Reverse Auction (Buying) by the Bidder. The Final bid price will be the price at the end of bidding period. The request user will approve or disapprove the bids.

Auction Listing

The bidder will place bids for Products or Services interested against a Listing . The Bids for Products or Services are placed at maximum price for Selling or minimum price for Buying by Bidders in case of Auctions. The Bid price is increased in case of Forward Auction (Selling) or decreased in case of Reverse Auction (Buying) by the Bidder. The Final bid price will be the price at the end of bidding period. The request user will approve or disapprove the bids.

Fixed Price Listing

The Request created in case of Fixed Price Listing for Buying or Selling Products or Services is at a Fixed Price. The user or bidder will place bids in quantity terms for Products or Services against a Request id.

Simple Listing

The bidder will express his interest by clicking Request and the bidder will be contacted by the user who has created the Request.

The bids once placed are firm and cannot be cancelled.

Auction Types

Forward Auctions: Forward auction are electronic auctions used by Sellers to Sell their Product or Services to Buyers. In a Forward auction, the bidders place the bid and the prices increases by a bid increment amount during the auction. The highest bid price is the winner after auction is completed.

Reverse Auctions: Reverse auction are electronic auctions used by Buyers to Buy Product or Services to Sellers. In a reverse auction, the bidders place the bid and the prices decreases by a bid decrement amount during the auction. The lowest bid price is the winner after auction is completed.

Auction Kinds

English No Ties Auction: - In English no ties auction, the current price is visible to bidders and bidders can place the bid after viewing the current winning price and considering the bid increment or bid decrement.

Rank Based Auction: - In Rank based auction, the bidder can see his rank Tick mark if he is winning. The current winning price will not be visible to bidders. The bidder has to increase or decrease the price by viewing his rank. The bidder has to change his bid price to win the auction if his rank during auction is symbol X.

Admin decides the Start Date, End Date, Start Time and End Time of Listing and Private Auction.

Bid is placed by bidders in terms of price or quantity or expressions of interest against a request

Bid Increment is the amount by which each bid has to be increased to win against competition. Bid increment is applicable in case of Forward auction.

Bid Decrement is the amount by which each bid has to be decreased to win against competition. Bid decrement is applicable in case of Reverse auction.

Bid Ranges is the maximum or minimum acceptable price of Products or Services. The system does not accept the bid beyond this range.

The start price can be agreed and discussed mutually between user and admin for starting the auction.

Period of listing is applicable in case of Listing and it is number of days user’s request will be live on the platform. Period of Listing for Auction Listing, Fixed Price Listing & Simple Listing are 7 days,30 days and 365 Days respectively.

UOM is an abbreviation for Unit of Measurement. It indicates the unit of Product or Service being sold or purchased via Listed or Private Auction.

The user will get an instant notification screen after the submission of the bids and real-time status.

You are the winner If the winning price and bid price entered in case of English No ties auction is same or in case of rank based Auction you are able to see Tick sign.

In case of Private Auction, a registered user can ask for security deposit EMD (Earnest Money Deposit) from the bidders interested in participating in the auction.EMD amount and rules will be decided by the request user and same will be mentioned in the Auction Catalogue. Admin on behalf of request user can collect EMD from bidders as demanded from request user.

EMD is payable directly to User who has created the Request id or Ekhojvalue as per the Auction Catalogue. EMD can be paid to Ekhojvalue by clicking EMD Payment in User’s profile via Payment Getaway and submitting all the details.

EMD amount is mentioned in the Auction Catalogue. Please read EMD rules in the Auction Catalogue.

Yes. EMD amount is refundable as per the rules of Auction Catalogue.

The bidders interested in participating in the Private Auction will first express their interest by clicking “I am interested” and then request user of Private auction can approve the bidder. The bidder can place the bid after private auction request user has approved it and Bidder has arranged for EMD as per auction catalogue.

Post Request Activities are activity done after the Request is concluded. The activities include

  1. Approval of Result of the Request Created-The user who has created the Request will Approve or Reject the results.
  2. Confirmation to Bidders (Buyers/Sellers)- Once Results approved ,the confirmation will be given to Bidders.
